NeuroRegulators: chemicals signaling within the nervous system that are crucial for organisms to adapt and react to a changing environment. Making monthly donations of $10 (or more) will add substantial stability to the NeuroKitchen. Lots of regular contributions from many people will build an important, authentic way for NeuroKitchen to be a sustainable, valued resource in the community. Subscribe through Pay Pal or regular monthly donations can be set up automatically through most bank accounts. NeuroKitchen Arts Collective is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. _______________________________________NeuroTransporters: Sponsor an ensemble member's CTA fare
NeuroTransporters: transmit signals from a neuron to a target cell across a synapse Many of our ensemble members struggle with transportation expenses to come to and from rehearsals as well as to school, employment opportunities, and general travel needs. NeuroTransporters make a dramatic difference in the options available for youth building their adult lives. Being able to travel opens up a world of possibilities, especially for youth who struggle to get ahead because they lack the basic bus fare to get there.

At our opening event on May 10, 2010, an audience member Katie Jones offered her CTA Card to ensemble member Dani Davis. They have developed a relationship where they have become friends, and Katie continues to give Dani weekly bus passes. This has allowed Dani to travel freely, continue her education and participate in modeling and fashion show jobs. Thank you to Katie for inspiring this NeuroTransporter idea!
