  • aerial choreography:  aerial Dance academy (Hamburg, Germany)
aerial Dance academy combines the expressive resources of contemporary dance with the acrobatic elements of the modern aerial artistry. The aerial Dance academy connects anatomy, movement research and aerial circus techniques of vertical rope, trapeze, Chinese pole, and bungee-assisted dance.

  • original music: NeuroKitchen (Chicago, USA)
    NeuroKitchen
builds original performances while exploring the potential of creative practice to enhance mental/emotional development.

  • 7th Labyrinth
The young aerialists and musicians band together for this phase of an ongoing international exchange.
NeuroKitchen and aerial Dance academy directors met in Thailand at the International Theatre People's Forum in 2011.  The wish to collaborate with our ensembles came from that meeting. Now performances will take place in Chicago and in Hamburg.

7th Labyrinth emerged from a exploration of the psychology of space.  We settled on a labyrinth as a metaphor for the journey of self discovery.  Once we make it through the maze and come to the center of ourselves, we find that one labyrinth leads to another labyrinth and then another on a lifelong exploration.

  • Tickets
We don't want a ticket price to stand in the way of anyone attending.  You can pre-order $5 tickets or pay-what-you-wish at the door.  We are hoping to raise funds to take the Chicago group to Hamburg.
[Hint. Hint.]  A tax deductible donation of $1000 would get one of us all the way there. And back. Of course, many smaller donations would also add up to one life-changing adventure for a Chicago teen.  Thanks!
